She was very polite, she realized we don't have millions to spend on lawyers and didn't expect us too. She told us straight out what our options were, the cost and what we should do. I liked that she didnt try to beat around the bush or anything. It was nice to know what to expect, the law can be nerve wrecking so this was nice, to have someone on your side who was caring.
