i ordered papers and envelopes for my wedding through JAM paper. not only did the customer service rep notify me (very soon after my order) to let me know they'd shipped, but i got a quick email response to a question i had, and i received my order sooner than promised. would have liked a little more color selection on some products. the prices are good. i'm glad i found this place!
