I give this place 5 stars. Everytime I have been there they are always very helpful. I have purchased two car seats from them. They have taken their time with me to make sure that i am comfortable with the product that i am purchasing. When I bought my Britax car seat from them. They sat down with me and told me all about the car seat. Then when it was time to install the carseat they made sure that I had it put in the right way. More than half of people don't know how to install a carseat the correct way. It is very important that people learn the correct way to install a carseat because that is your babys life. So if you are not sure about the correct way to install a carseat, you can come by here and they will make sure your baby is safe and your carseat is installed the right way. There two people that work there that are carseat certified. It is better to be safe than to be sorry.
