I feel disgusted and violated, not to mention stupid. We had the free inspection and estimate promised by the salesperson at K-mart, followed by an unexpected demonstration by a very personable salesman...who would not take no for an answer! He was in our home from 7:00pm to 11:30pm!!!! We were all exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. Needless to say, we got talked into buying $18,000 worth of windows(which started out at $22,000, but decreased with "discounts" with every no answer). Thank God for Massachusetts Law, We are backing out after hearing about several bad installs in our area causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to local homes which, of course, weren't covered under the warranty). Don't fall for it!!!! Great windows, bad sales tactics and bad installers.
