i have a very high prescription; therefore, i am usually not satisfied with the work of many of the optical stores i have been to. I live on Long Island and could not find an optical store that did good work, and had a large selection of frames to choose from. My friend recommended that I try going to Optical Insight, located in 7 Hanover Square. Initially I thought it was too far to commute, but I gave it a shot anyway and I could not have been happier. My first time there, about 6 years ago, I had an incredible experience, and I refuse to go anywhere else since then. Not only do they have a ton of frames and sunglasses to choose from, but they are extremely fast, do incredible work, and even have the contacts I wear in stock (Acuvue 2). And listen to this, when I'm across the country for business-and I need more contacts, they will ship it to me anywhere I am-no matter the distance, even if I'm in London or even China. I could not ask for better service. And on top of all that -the staff is incredibly sweet and passionate about their work. They really care and pay equal attention to each customer. I always walk out of Optical Insight with a huge smile on my face, and I highly recommend this Optical Store to everybody!!
