I saw the good review of this dry clean store and gave them a call to check their price for cleaning my silk blouse. The lady with an ascent answered the phone and refused to give me a price on the phone. Since they have such a good review so I decided to visit the store and ask the price. An Asian lady came to the front desk and checked the price and told me since it is silk so the price is $7.20. I hesitated and repeated the price make sure she said it correctly because E Z Clean Laundromat and Dry Cleaning charges only $6 for dry cleaning the same blouse. I told her I needed to think about it. I then asked her my blouse has some stains if they can guarantee to remove them. I thought since they have a very good review maybe they can give me some kind of assurance if that’s the case I will be willing to pay a higher price to dry clean my blouse there. I expected her to say we can not guarantee but we will do our best or something like that. But in stead she said “No, go somewhere else”. I was shocked to hear what she said to me. I don’t know what I did to offend her but I was happy to leave that store and take my blouse somewhere else.
