We recently had an addition built onto our house and our contractor sub-contracts with the people at Roto-Rooter to do the plumbing. We had a very positive experience with them. They showed up on time, when they said they would have were clean and well dressed. I didn't feel like I was letting someone sketchy into my home. They also wear uniforms so that you know who they're with. They worked well into the night to get the job done is just one day, instead of leaving us hanging overnight, which we appreciated. There were some things that needed to be adjusted, and they were very prompt in returning to fix those and willing to help in whatever way we needed.
