I have been seeing the doctors at University Women's Services for over four years now and have been very happy with the doctors, the office staff and the care that I have received.
The offices are located within the medical mall at Erlanger. The only drawback to this location is that you have to pay to park in the parking garage each time you go. Here's a tip though, join Erlanger's Healthlink program and you will get free parking as a member's benefit. The offices are very clean and the waiting room is never too crowded.
I have had a good experience with both the doctors that I have seen. They are usually very close to being on time, but since this is an OB/GYN practice, you have to expect that, from time to time, they will be called away in the middle of the day. The nurses have always been friendly and helpful to me as well.
This practice has seen me through two babies and I will continue to go here.
