Once I was running late to an important event and I was calling every car service around my way and like always they never picked up and if they did, they always put me on hold, which I hate. Then I came across Eastern Car Service and was hoping that they pick up. Which they did and didn't put me on hold. Which is a BIG PLUS. The dispatcher was great and polite, he said that they cab would be outside in less then 10 minutes. To my surprise the cab was outside as I stepped out my door.
Once in the car the driver was nice and estimated the time of arrival. He didn't over charge in matter of fact they charge less then all the other car service that I had used before. I was of course happy to have some extra change in my pocket.
The driver took the quickest route and we got there in less time then he had thought.
I recommend Eastern Car Service to every one I know and they haven't given any complains either. We all have had great experiences with Eastern Car Service. Eastern is the best car service in Brooklyn.
