First time I went here, things were going good. I worked with Beth who
wasn't very enthusiastic, but helpful. I went back a second time with my
friend because I wanted to show the dress to someone before buying it.
From the time I arrived, she was very rude. I went out of my way to make a
a conversation but she didn't really want to even talk. I felt very very
awkward. Shouldn't it be her trying to be nice to me???? Are we
switching roles here??? And at this point, we didn't even mention that there's another
dress at Priscilla's and I'm trying to figure out which one I like more. Once
she found that out, she was even ruder!!!! I'm not sure how they expect to
sell something with such horrible customer service. Honestly, a huge
reason why I decided not to buy the dress at Yolanda's is because of
Beth's rudeness. I'm willing to pay a lot more for a dress somewhere
else where they treat me with respect.
