Unless the staff think you are somebody, you are SO nobody. We joined about 8 months ago and I have pretty much stopped going because it is always a problem. Teachers not showing up for scheduled private classes, phone calls not returned, nickeled and dime attitudes, etc. The real problem is that they never take the time to listen. Who wants to pay monthly to be snubbed? There are lots of great gyms in Redmond, this one isn't it.
