My wife and I had a similar experience! Our contractor recommended a couple of wholesale flooring showrooms to check out in our area. We went first to Contract Furnishings Mart because they are located on the main road, and could not find anyone to help us. Not only was the staff not helpful, but they were rude and the showroom floor was a mess. We left and went to our contractors other suggestion, Prosource, just 1/2 mile away, but off of the main street. It was a completely different experience! They showroom was neat, and twice the size and the staff was friendly and helpful. Needless to say, we made our purchases thru Prosource and will never go back to that other store. I highly recommend Prosource and have told my contractor.
