I have been going to Gino for quite some time now. One time I went and was not pleased with the cut I got. Instead of bad-mouthing him on the internet, I simply called him back and told him I was not satisfied. He was very apologetic, made an appt for the next day and corrected the problem at no additinal charge. Gino is a man, not a mind-reader. If you have a problem with him, take your bad hair-cut (and poor grammer) back to the salon and simply ask him to fix it. I am not a personal friend of Gino who is putting something on the internet to make him look good. Most women want people to try to figure out what they want when they don't even know themselves. Show some maturity. Communicate! And shame on you for bashing him and his business.
