I can't believe some of these reviews! People just must not know good food when they come across it! The menu here changes with the seasons, so you are guaranteed the freshest ingredients! What more can you ask for! Yes some things may take longer to prepare then others, but they have a wood burning oven that slowly cooks meat to perfection! Well worth the wait! I would much rather wait a little while longer and enjoy a nice glass of wine (the wine list is amazing as well), then feel rushed and pushed out the door! If you want fast, unfriendly service, don't dine here because it is for sure an excellent dining experience!
