RUDE OWNER! BOYCOTT THIS RESTAURANT!! 2/11/2008

After being a loyal customer of this restuarant for over a year, we had a terrible experience with the owner of the restaurant. The woman who took our takeout order got it wrong by leaving out one entree. When she stated the price, it was the price of two entrees, so did not raise any red flags. It turns out she charged me an extra $2 for each meat substitution in my fried rice (a total of 3 - $6 extra on top of the $7 dish - yes, a total of $13 for fried rice!) and failed to tell me it would cost more to sub out the meats. When I called to report the mistake, instead of giving us the other dish (another fried rice - one of the cheapest dishes possible) they insisted on having us pay for the second one. I spoke with the manager who was very rude - when she could not help, I asked for the owner who proceeded to yell at me on the phone. I can't believe their nerve when it was their fault in taking the order incorrectly and not notifying me about the rediculous pricing! I will never give them business again and I hope no one reading this will do so either! more
