My only regret is not calling sooner. We recently moved to the area and I was a little hesitant to make a cold call - however, since my husband and I love to cook, an inoperable oven was really limiting our culinary activities. After blaming my sister for irreparably damaging my oven, I called on my Dad's home repair experience (no luck) and researched the cost of a new commercial stove ($$$$$). Four months passed, and I finally decide to call Mark. He was very personable and knew the quirks of our 30+ year old stove. He talked me through the steps and had my oven working in less than five minutes...at no charge!!! When I hung up the phone, my husband and I felt like we just won the Showcase Showdown on the Price is Right! It is so refreshing to find honest, experienced people that give you more than you've come to expect.
