A visit to the Garment District is always an adventure. With the Dollar A Pound piles on the first floor and some of the craziest fashions I have ever seen on the second, I am always entertained and amazed by what I find at this store. The perfect place to go for Halloween or theatre costumes, or if you're just looking to spice up your wardrobe.
