My sons' party was cancelled one hour before it was scheduled to begin. Both of their birthdays' are within a week of Christmas, so I take a lot of time (and $$) to plan a special day for them. They were very excited about their 321 Bounce party, especially because last year's was cancelled due to the storm and power outage. Imagine my surprise when we arrived for our party and the girl at the desk said 'i guess you didn't get my message.' There was some sort of electrical issue and they had to cancel. There did not appear to be anyone working on fixing the problem, and the only solution the girl had was that we could reschedule for Saturday. That wasn't a reasonable solution, considering almost all of the 30 kids were already at 321 Bounce. She talked on her cell phone (not business related) while my friends and I figured out what to do next. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese. The kids had a blast and I had a headache. I am very disapointed in how the cancellation was handled and have not received any follow-up or apology from management at 321 Bounce. I understand the electrical issue may have been out of their control, but better customer service would have meant we may return there one day. As it stands, we won't and neither will any of our friends.
