I've been checking out the various dim sum houses in NYC and grand harmony has got to be one of the worst places to go to for dim sum. The waiters were ruse, you virtually get zero service, the bathrooms were unsanitary, dim sum was lukewarm and mediocre at best, and the vendors were unhygienic. Seriously, one of them farted right when she was passing my table, I caught one of them picking her nose and then serving food, and as the waiter was removing our dishes his sleeve literally dipped into my bowl of rice and totally ignored it. If the health inspector comes, this would be one of the first restaurants to close in Chinatown.
