I was at Savon the other day to have some photos scanned and copied. I used the Kodak picturemaker machine to scan and the photos were printed up within minutes and ready for me to take home.
They also have 2 machines to print your digital pictures. Their prices are a slight bit higher than WalMart or Costco, but there was no waiting in line to use any of the machines.
