My mother took her car in with a dead fuel pump. They quoted her $400 for the part and $500 labor. I found the part at Weaver for $167 and had a different shop put it in for $200.
Beware of the "Shop Supplies" charge that is tacked onto the end of your bill. They tried to charge me $18 to cover paper towels and other disposable items they may or may not use.
They were nice and never lied, but they tripled the necessary time and cost and then threw on the hidden "supplies" fee.
