Excellent Customer Service
The customer service at Monroe Foreign Auto was beyond my expectations. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and had my two kids with me. My husband was suppose to come and pick me up and take me home, and called at the last minute and was unable to make it. I didn't know what to do, and my car was going to be there most of the day. Without hesitation, Bob Warden insisted that he drive me to where I needed to go. He packed up my two kids and took me home. I thought that was so amazing. I have never been to a car shop that made me feel so comfortable and safe and know that I was being taken care of. I thank them still to this day and continue to take my car there for any repairs.
