I had recently just gone out to Capital Kia... (Buyers beware!) I had this young man contact me over the phone saying I was approved for a loan all I had to do was come in and pick out the vehicles and talk numbers. I was merely just looking over options when this guy had called me. I had asked him if I had needed any money today because if that was the case I was going to have to do it another day because I was just seeing what was out there for me. He said no I did not and They could even work with me on insurance so that I could be covered up to a month before I had to get the car covered. I had asked him several times about not having the money today and I was reassured every time. So, I drive all the way out there to have the guy I was talking to on the phone not say one word to me when we were introduced and for him to pawn us off on to two other people. They were very unprofessional and didn't really seem to know too much about their inventory. We were left outside for awhile before someone came back out to tell me what I had needed to do which was a complete contradiction to what was said over the phone. That was the second kia dealership I have visited and both times I have left with a bad taste in my mouth. No kia dealership will get my business. I want honest people and honest product knowledge.
