I'm not exactly sure what the gentleman that posted before me was talking about. I bought a brand new car from Gateway Toyota, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Not only was it one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had, but I have never had a problem with their service dept. On top of all of this, I have referred countless friends and associates to Gateway for their cars. And all have come back with big smiles, beautiful new cars, and nothing but good positive things to say about this dealership.
So please keep in mind that the gentleman that posted before me, probably is a malcontent, and doesn't believe that ANYTHING is good enough.
