Unless you are a complete idiot or having extremely complicated taxes don't bother paying one of these imbeciles. You can buy turbo tax for about $30 and do them yourself. The big draw here is that you can get a "rapid refund" where you can get your money in a day. BUT the total for an individual's tax return and a rapid refund will cost you about $150. If you buy turbo tax for $30 and e-file for $15 you'll have your money in 2-3 weeks.
I used them once and they call me non-stop year after year wanting to set me up for an appointment. NO THANKS!
