They are rude and will over charge you and sometimes they don't even fix the problem correctly and expect you to pay more money to them to have them fix it properly.
Our car was under warranty and they told us that they don't work on used cars that has a warranty on it and suggested that we call the place we bought it from and ask them to help is pay for the a/c problem we were having!!
I would not take my car here if it was the last place in Lufkin, TX to take my car. I would drive way out of my way to go to get my car fixed somewhere else.
Very disappointed in them.
