I visited my two daughters that are attending Texas A&M and they took me to Platos. We shopped around, made a few selections and went to the register. The attitudes of the employees and the lack of customer service was terrible. I almost left the items and walked out; but the girls had spent considerable time shopping so I went through with the purchase. I did tell the girls though that I did not want to shop there anymore or have my money going to them. The employees seemed very put out to have to check us out. They did not say thank you at the end of the transaction. It seemed like we were intruding on their chat session.
