Winters Photography is a one-woman show, plus her office help. Wendy Winters is a tiny petite lady who looks like a teenager, but works very much like a professional photographer. The quality of her work is excellent, and her prices are much more reasonable than some of the local photographers. The big drawback is that she is outside of the town of Eldon, and you MUST get directions before you even try to find it.
