I have been happy using this travel agency in the past. But my recent experience was horrible.
I paid for the ticket and I was told that I would receive e tickets with in 30 mins. I called to check after an hour to be told I will receive it by evening. This continued for couple of calls for two days. On the third day, I was told that the first itinerary I had received before paying is the e tickets!!! When I expressed my frustration about not being told that on all the calls I made, the old person (name is probably Mr. Bedi) was very rude and hung up on me.
Instead of understanding the frustration of the customer, when I asked him to resend the e tickets, he asked me to say the same thing with "please" :-( as if I am the one to be apologizing!!!
It is time to remind that the customers have choices and treating them this way only results in loss of a customer!!!
