If I could give 0 stars I would. In a time of panic (basement flooded) they came out to service the damage. Worker sat in his van for 30 min. on the phone asking what he was supposed to do. When he came inside to talk to us, did not have any clue what he was doing, what next steps were nothing. Rude, spoke very little english. We called Washington Water Damage instead and were thrilled. Go with a LOCAL company that has people that care and know waht they are doing.
