When Texas Urgent Care first opened I could not recommend it to enough people. Dr. Durren was so sweet and actually gave a hoot about what his patients were feeling. Over the past two years it has steadily gone down hill.
I understand being in private practice for a couple of years can callous a person -- but Dr. Durren just in general does not seem to care anymore about anything. Every time I go in it seems there's a whole new contingency of people running his office. First sign things aren't going well.
The last time I was there I waited for two hours only to be told it would easily be a three hour wait before anyone could see me.
Instead of slamming any one person I will simply say the old gray mare just ain't what he use to be.
