This place is horrendous!! The staff there seem bitter and bored and complain pretty much about everything. Moreover, they are rude when you are the last one there.. One of the guys who was "in charge" of the place was drunk out of his wits when I went there last year a few days before thanksgiving..
For your laundry needs go to the place at the corner of elm and somerville ave. the dryers are free if u wash with them.
