Being a former auto mechanic, I finally found someone that takes care of his customers like I used to. All I needed was the state inspection but Alan's customer service style spoke tons about him.
After reading so much about Alan then observing him interact with customers that were there I can tell this is the guy I would send Mom to if she drove and needed someone with a shop.
