As a Girl Scout leader and the parent of two Girl Scouts, I've worked with GSCCC for many years. If you're lucky enough to live in Great Bridge, you're close to A Place For Girls--the GSCCC headquarters and the location of the Girl Scout shop and where the day camps are held. The summer day camps are very popular and lots of fun. They last all day, M-F and each week is a different theme. Behind the main building is "The Outback" where girls can canoe, explore nature trails, picnic and generally just enjoy the outdoors.
