Gest Omelette is a small restaurant that sells the best omelettes in Redford. The back wall is all mirrors, so at first you think that it's much larger than it actually is. The smoking/non-smoking sections are not really divided, and since it is so small if someone is smoking you can normally tell. This doesn't really matter though, because the food is awesome! They have many varieties of 2 and 3 egg omelettes and a crepe style that comes with hash browns that's a little lighter. The omelettes are covered in sauce that I usually don't get, and come with shredded lettuce that my husband doesn't like, but those are the only two substitutions you can make- if you want to make your own omelette they have that option! The only bad thing to say about Gest Omelette is that parking is a problem because they're so popular!
