This company's membership in the Better Business Bureau has been revoked due to its failure to respond to customer complaints. Additionally, ABC 7 On Your Side did an investigative report on July 20th highlighting this company's extremely poor customer service practices - things like installing damaged or incomplete countertops and then not fixing the problems. I personally contracted with them in February 2007 for countertops and paid them about $3500, and 8 months later I still have no countertops! They cancelled installation twice, lost my measurements, and then just stopped communicating with me altogether. I've sent them e-mails, certified letters, and made dozens of phone calls. I even tried suing them but the warrant was returned undeliverable because the owner of the company could not be found. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. Just do some google searches on this company and its owner, Thomas Passarelli, and you will see what sort of reputation the company has.
