The food is mostly American, but they also serve some Mexican and Italian as well. The staff offers unpretentious, friendly service. I got my order in timely fashion and it was delicious. I got the enchiladas by the way. It's a large restaurant divided up into four places: the patio, the main entrance room, another room on the left side of the main entrance and an upstairs room. The bathroom is clean, and looks very homely. I ate at the main entrance room and it has a stage that's big enough for a four or five piece band. Local bands like ones who play classic rock and blues usually play at this venue. The atmosphere is a mix of casual, retro, and classic. There is an Indian Motorcycle hanging from the ceiling. Motorcycle engines grace the tops of columns. Before the building became the restaurant that it is now, it used to be a car dealership. Statues of Louis Armstrong and a female jazz singer stand along side the main stage. This is another place I would recommend if you happen to be in the Santa Ana area and want to enjoy some delicious food, listen to great live performances, and have a great time with friends and family.
