I also did not have a pleasant experience with Triangle. It was my first pregnancy and I dealt a lot with the midwives since the doctors were "so busy." They let me carry over 40 weeks and when I asked to be induced (My blood pressure was way too high and I was swelling and had frequent headaches) the midwife told me it was a part of pregnancy and I should deal with it. Also, at 41 weeks I was leaking a green fluid that the midwife could not determine and SHE STILL WAS NOT GOING TO INDUCE ME! One of the doctors frequently told me that I was a big stretch mark and I definitely needed to exercise (I did gain a bit of weight, but a doctor should not refer to you as a stretch mark). There was one doctor in particular that I liked, but he ended up not being on call nor did I ever see him during my pregnancy. The doctor who delivered me via c-section I had never met or seen the ENTIRE time and I started care at 12 weeks!!! Also, I requested medicine for PPD and they documented it in my chart and when I mentioned it following labor and release from the hospital they would not give me any medicine--they would not even test me for PPD. As a result, I hated motherhood until my baby was at least 3 months old---I love her to pieces now!!! :) All in all, baby number two will not be delivered through Triangle. more
