Poor service at Don McGill Toyota 9/25/2007

I just bought a 2008 Prius from Don McGill (dealt with Gerry McGill). After 500 mi, I took it back because it pulled left. I used to build and race cars, so I know a thing or three about how to set them up. I asked to sit in the car while the mech was aligning it, but they never called me. So, I went out to see how the car was going, and the mech had it done, with green in all six readings. I asked the mech if I could it in it, and he said, "Ok". The readings all turned red, as I knew they would. (I weigh 200). He re-did the alignment, with 3 readings now in the green, one in the yellow and 2 in the red. That was good enough for him. The service manager and Gerry McGill had no problem with shoddy work, so I left. Their attitude seemed to be: Problem? There's no problem - your check cleared. more
