Terrible customer service 9/25/2007

The water pump on my brand new dishwasher started leaking. I called Yale on a Monday and I was told that a Service Tech would call me back. Two days later and no call from Yale, so I called them. I was told that a Service Tech would call me back. The next Monday came and still no call, so I called then yet again. Finally I spoke with a “Service Tech”. He said that they would order a new part but it would take over 6 days for it to come in. 7 days later I called Yale and the part was not in yet. I’m going on 3 weeks and my dishwasher is still not fixed. No one at Yale ever calls me with an update, I always have to call them. When I was considering buying my appliances Yale would call twice a day but yet when I have to get them fixed I have to chase them down. more
