I found the office staff to be poorly trained and unprofessional. They promised to forward X-rays to my new dentist, but did not do so even though I told them I was in pain. Two weeks later, I called to see when they were sent. I got an argument from the office manager who told me to pick them up at a $25.00 cost. When I came in to pick them up, the dentist was out for the day and they had no appointments for that day, per Sylvia. They moved as slow as they could and had time to joke around while I waited in pain. The envelope they gave me didn't even have the X-rays in it. When I finally got them, the copy was of poor quality and had writing on the images. They laughed at me and sent me off with a "Here you go. Bye Bye!" more
