I went to the salon based on the reviews of other people and was highly disappointed. The stylist was supposed to be an "advanced level" stylist who can cut the hair in an "Hour" rather than " hour and a half". The haircut took an hour as promised, but the style was BAD and the stylist did not seem experienced at all. She had me stand up (I never ever did this at a salon!) while taking care of the length and the overall haircut was very beginner level work with a bad result. She cut my bang way too short which made the style look like two different haircut on me.
They DO NOT give you a refund for bad result at all. They simply ask you tom come in again and fix the problem which I refused to do so.
I would definitely pay more and go to a decent hair salon next time. This place is operated!!
