This Pediatrician is NOT one that I would recommend. She hardly has any patients, but yet I've had to wait for an hour. She is also very demeaning and has absolutely NO bedside manner. My daughter has always been pleased with her doctors, but upon moving to Katy and choosing Dr. Kuan - she was not at all comfortable. She doesn't ask any relevant questions, she never even took the time to review my daughters' medical records which I had copied and delivered to her office 1 month prior to the appointment. She didn't even bother to transfer my daughters' immunization records over to a Texas form - needless to say I had to delivery three different sets of shot records to the school at registration.
I have since changed Pediatricians and am most pleased. When I called Dr. Kuan's office and asked them to forward the shot records via facsimile they drug their feet, using the excuse that they were tending to patients. I immediately drove over to the office, only to find not one single patient in the offices, not to mention, no cars in the parking lot. She was the worst experience that I've ever had with ANY doctor.
