Terrible website customer service 9/19/2007

I have always loved online browsing at all the cute accessories this place has to offer. One day I made a purchase of a belt, 2 sets of earrings, and 3 rings. I was so excited because they actually had the rings I wanted in my size (size 5) which is always hard for me to come by. I get an email confirmation listing everything I ordered, then my package finally arrives, and I see that everything has come except for the rings..the WHOLE reason I placed the order... The packaging slip doesn't even list them on there...doesn't say backorder, out of stock..anything. *I* have to be the one to email them and ask them..they tell me they are out of stock.. It would've been nice to know that BEFORE my order was shipped, because otherwise I never would've placed the order to begin with. It would've been nice if they had emailed me and told me, or even for the packaging slip to say something about it. When I emailed about it I got the worst customer service. No apologies, just a rude person who didn't care how upset I was. They wouldn't even refund shipping charges to me. They didn't apologize for not contacting me about the items not being available, for even telling me on the packaging slip. They didn't care at all. I will NEVER shop their website ever again.
