Last week for my son's 8th b-day we got him an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins in Oak Lawn.
The staff there are very friendly and pleasant even when faced with difficult situations.
While I was there adding to a line of customers, a drive-thru line, a malfunction coffee maker and an irate employee, the staff kept their cool, their smiles and made sure all were served as quick as possible.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because some of their staff is a bit new and not thoroughly trained. But give it a few more weeks and they will be a five no problem!
The cake incidentally was a Chocolate Cake with Cookies N Cream ice cream and the 5 boys over loved it!
