I've had my truck here 4-5 times... Two of those times I thought I had a serious problem which turned out to be nothing - and Monroe Foreign Auto did not charge me anything for their time. Nothing. A less honest shop could have invented a problem and charged me for fixing it. Most shops would have charged a diagnostic fee. But, I wasn't charged a thing. Now I've moved from Monroe to Bellevue and I'm thinking I may STILL use this shop, despite how far away they are now, because they've done such great jobs for such fair fees - it's just worth it when you find someone good you can trust.
