I have visited The Carb Shop on a number of occasions. I have been thoroughly impressed by their wide selection of products. In addition to all the grocery type items, they also carry books and educational materials. Their staff is also very knowledgable and very helpful. They also have a wonderful selection of vitamins and supplements and again, the staff is very helpful in assisting customers trying to decipher which product is best for them.
