1. Daughter did not receive Valentine flowers on the day. She had to go pick them up the next day herself. No discount, - "real busy" was the excuse.
2. Gave them another chance. Ordered birthday flowers a week in advance. When I hadn't heard from my daughter by about 4:45 on her birthday, I called to ask. No flowers! Their excuse - the order just didn't get filled - order misplaced.
Never again! I have happily switched florists.
