Blue Nile, located on Chapel Hill Rd in Durham, is one of the area's most authentic Ethiopian places you'll find. The ambience is very casual and child-friendly and the items on the menu are very inexpensive and the portions are huge! Its a great place to just come and experience a totally different eating culture and style. It's a great place to bring a date as it makes for an intimate experience. The traditional custom of breaking of Injera (Ethiopian bread) and sharing of dishes add to the warmth of the eating experience. They have an extensive menu for vegetarians and seafood lovers too.
