The college is part of the St. Marys and Notre Dame campus. It offers the best of both worlds--a small college on a big campus. As a small, private Catholic college, it has an outstanding 13 to 1 teacher/student ratio. Yet its tuition is lower than most other institutions that provide so much personal attention. Student life includes intercollegiate athletics, clubs, men's and women's dormitories, intramurals, and student government. Most students buy ND football tickets and have their own cheering section on Saturdays in the fall. Alumni, even those who only stayed two years, tend to be very loyal. Approximately half of the students come from a 50 mile radius, and the other half come from all over the US and the world.
